Wall Art Box Frames With Coloured Diamonte Stones
Here I have bought a set of wall art frames which I have painted black (they were initially white) and decorated them with coloured diamonte stones. I have stuck all over to give a jewelled look - (Hobbycraft is one of my favourite shops) - by the way I am like a kid in a sweet shop when I go there!

As you can see from the pictures I have bought a small bunch of artificial flowers, again from Hobbycraft and and put them in the small wooden frame. I have this on my wall together with the larger one. I have put a silver ornament elephant in the larger one. They look quite nice. If you just want to jazz up your house for a change or even make it look more attractive to buyers if you are selling, this is a good idea. People buy for sentimental reasons, remember and not just bricks and mortar!
A Christmas Crown Bauble, A Cheap Christmas Headband And Gold Ribbon

Here I have been very clever and bought a not very expensive Christmas headband (with green reindeer antlers), I cut them off and I bought this gorgeous Christmas bauble, that is what the crown is, it's meant to be hung on a Christmas tree, it had a loop on the top which I removed. I bought some gold sparkly ribbon and some super glue, all from the department store I work in. I carefully wrapped the ribbon around the headband and looped it through the gaps in-between the design of the crown. I was careful to incorporate the same binding pattern on both sides so that the crown would be placed correctly on the band and look symmetrical when on the head. I was very pleased and and I don't think it looks bad at all. There you go, a bit of a masterclass in craft!! I think I will wear in Christmas week! I think we are allowed to, to cheer us up and bring in the Christmas spirit for the customers also!
